Michal Minich-Mlcousek
President of TIME FOR WORDS Inc.
The most valuable things in the world don't scale. Four generations of the Minich-Mlcousek family built the deepest foundation in that problem. We are building the solution.
In 2002 - 500,000 people. A field in Canada. Expert knowledge on screen, at scale, before the internet made that seem possible.
For more than twenty-five years this work pursued one question without compromise: what it actually takes to transfer not the version a person performs, but the version that took a lifetime to accumulate. That work went into diplomatic rooms where a single wrong word carries permanent consequences. Into living rooms that had never admitted a camera. Into 90 classrooms and to twenty-six recipients of Slovakia's highest civilian award - scientists, performing artists, physicians, CEOs of multinationals - not one of whom had to be there for students.
Policy architecture for 11 million members across 51 countries. The world's only 50-year children's animation biennial, inherited at point zero - no team, months from its edition - delivered as the record run in its history: 52,000 attendees across 13 cities.
The Minich-Mlcousek family: four generations, 1,000+ intellectual properties, 50+ international awards. The first to move into AI, carrying a century of accumulated expertise that no competitor entering now can manufacture.
What took more than twenty-five years to build by hand is what the technology now makes possible at scale.
Pearson College UWC, 200 students from 100 countries per year - the formation of people who end up running things. York University, Film and Television Production, Toronto. Dominican University College, Ottawa - two years of structured philosophical reasoning and the discipline of distinguishing what is actually true from what merely appears so. That training is the applied record of everything that followed.
English, Czech, Slovak native. French and Spanish working.
