"In the TIME FOR WORDS Challenge I got a chance to interview five famous and successful Slovak actors and celebrities. It was the most mind-opening experience I have experienced in all the 19 years of my life. Let me tell you something from what I learned:

Pavol Habera, one of the most famous Slovak singers, musician and a TV-show judge, is a really freaking cool guy. His life values are honour and honesty but also strong-mindedness and rationality. One key to having a better life is being physically strong and healthy. Then we have more strength to work not only physically but also mentally. Besides, we’ll then feel and look better and live longer. Since this interview I work out every morning and afternoon for 15 minutes and feel so much better.

We should build a system in everything we do so we can do it better and faster. This will save us a lot of time. So does being an honest person.

And you know you found real love when you realise he or she makes your life much better and you cannot imagine your life without that person."
